Dr. Needham’s professional objective has been “to educate and foster the professional development of others.” After earning his PhD in Horticultural Plant Breeding and Genetics in 1989, Dr. Needham served as Professor of Floriculture at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Needham joined Longwood Gardens in July 2007, serving as Vice President of Education until he retired
