Show Volunteer Information

There is still time to sign up to volunteer at the show. Our society members make this a great show and it is fun to help out. We still need more people to help Chris Crepage, show chair, set up the show on Jan 12^th starting at 8:00 A.m. This involves chalking the floor and bringing in trees & bushes from the trucks. Not everybody needs to lift things. On Thursday, Chris needs 4-6 people to help set up for the preview party at about 1:30 P.M. On Sunday we need lots of help tearing down which begins at 6:00 P.M. sharp and lasts until about 8:00 P.M. We also need about 20 judging clerks on Thursday January 14^th (contact Sylvia Hill) at 8:00 A.M. Hosts (security) for various shifts (contact Chris Carney), we need at least 18 box office workers for various shifts (contact Michael Schaberl), FLOS booth helpers (contact Joan Connors), and AOS booth helpers (contact Dot Henley). Remember if you want to help take down the show on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (contact Chris Crepage) we'll need lots of help. Thanks to all our wonderful volunteers!
